5500 WILL RUN 1 AIR & EVERTHING ELSE YOU NEED & STILL GET GOOD GAS RESULTS, 4500 WOULD ALSO BE OK BUT A MICRO & AIR MIGHT TRIP BREAKER. MAKE SURE IT HAS A COMMERCIAL ENGINE WITH STARTER. EXPECT TO PAY AROUND 1000 FOR QUALITY THAT WILL PAY OFF IN THE LONG RUN (I HAVE A HONDA5500, ARTIC CAT4500, YAMAHA6500 & COLEMAN12500)ALL ARE GOOD UNITS

Yes, I highly recommend at least a 5500. Check into Onan, they are the best and very fuel efficient and quiet.

My Weekend Warrior came with the Onan (Cummins) 5500. I had heard they designed it to run the microwave, AC, etc. all at the same time.

Don't buy anything less than a 5500

5500 will do it, beware of cheap generators, many are very loud, both you and your neighbors will not like this, also many cheap ones have small fuel tanks

I have the Onan Microquiet 4000 in mine and run the air and all other stuff at the same time without a problem. plus it is so quiet that most don't even know it is on. The cheap ones are really loud. Obviously more power is better, but mine works great for me.

I have a coleman 3750 and it runs all the stuff i need ,ac, fridge, microwave, and the tv,so it should be fine,i paid 400 for mine and it's a little loud but not as loud as the others, it's actually the quietest of the models.. the best set up is a Honda EU3000 but they cost well over 2,500 dollars,i like the coleman and it last for 3 hrs on fuel whicj isent to bad.

The 4,000 and 5,000 watt generators get a little big and i see no need to get one that big,i got the one with the least wattage to run the camper,it worked at Glamis over halloween and it's worth the money..

I picked mine up at sears and it worked great, and it's lite and small, if you put it on the opposite side of your trailer you dont even know it's there...
