Is your quad stock? check your kill switch first then cdi box and the electrical connections to and from your coils.

if frame was painted, double check ALL grounds. coils themselves must be grounded good.

cdi needs 12 volts, probably getting it assuming neutral and oil/coolant lights are working.

there is also the 2 wire magnetic pickup trigger. check connector.

if you still have the stock CDI try that.

Yep try the stock cdi box. A bad ground can make it hard on a cdi.

Under the fuel tank is where the pick up sensor wires connects the coil wires. Its a big white plug.(i believe) also did you mess with the adjustment on the pick-up sensor on the flywheel at all?

Also make sure you Rectifier is plugged in good.

BIgger.

Check your wires from the stator. I had a mouse chew through my wires once. My bike would turn over, but it wouldn't start.
