The chain was expensive but well worth it due too a two pound saving's. And all the parts i have recieved from both these co's. Have bolted right in place no fit problems. as facts would have it i have all my ds chains teflon coated and i never lube them and yet i still get a full season out of my sprockets yep i said it no lube only on my 440 will you ever see any chain lube

PS: im feeling old real old i don't know how guy's as old as gasser and black do it at there age!!!it's hard but healing wise im doing great

well i didn't ask who makes the chain, azsand seemed very happy with it so i trusted his judgement, other things he has posted have been spot on when i tried them. i was very concerned about the weight so i had him weigh a few different chains it was about 3 days and a few calls to figure out what was what and what i wanted. i thought about switching to 520 but for 4 oz i didn't want the problem of having to have sprockets made.

O-ring version of same chain will weigh more. What weight did you he give you, O-ring or non O-ring?

Is the Ti chain made of PURE titanium? are ALL the pieces made of PURE titanium - rollers, side plates, pins, etc?

a while back sidewinder was selling a non O-ring regina chain for there gold option. when i needed more links for a longer swingarm, they said they didn't carry the chain anymore and no other links would work with the chain, and suggested i buy a new one from them. they wasted my money by intensionally selling out their stock. later i found out that the regina chain could be bought elsewhere and was marked up 50% at sidewinder.

if those numbers are true sounds like a great chain, too bad sidewinder couldn't give me the info when i called.

every time i've called they act like they are being bothered or interrupted by the call. sometimes you're on speaker phone like they are in the middle of something. sometimes they answer talking real fast like they are busy and are as brief as possible with the call.
