Default interchange hubs??? Help!

Yes, I jump, and trail ride with my trail set up. They are still beefy!

The ultra.....NO, I don't abuse them, but I still think they would stand up to reugular duneing....not hard jumping and hard trails.

Will the 04 hub fit on the older axels? The new one looks different to me.

The new one's are shorter in length and the spline length on the new axle is also shorter to fit them. Bombardier went from a steel splined insert to a solid aluminum hub in 03 (old style). Once those have been machined to ultra light spec's they weigh about 14 ounces!

what if you drilled or punched a hole through the center of a yamaha, honda or whatevers hub. And re splined them?

MAchine shop work would be needed though.....

What's the turn-a-round on the hub work?

Anyone know how much this usually costs?
