someone was telling me that the hubs interchange but i haven't tried and the guy that told me is less than bright, he might take a hammer to get them on.

Default interchange hubs??? Help!

I run douglas .125 Honda pattern on front and back but I had to machine the hubs and put a new bolt pattern on the rears. It shure opens up alot of tire combo's. Check out my picture page and you can see my bike with the hubs on it.

A hammer?? Ouch! I goto buy a new set of rims the stock ones are just to beat up. every big jump I hit the inside of the rim bends, they can be beat back in to shape so many times. i was hoping the size/splines on the hubs were the same so that I could go to the salvage yard and pick up a set. if I they dont work I might need to machine them to.
Mrhp I dig all those DS lined up

I have a couple of sets of the machined hubs. i'm not a big jumper, but if you could twist the centers out of them, I would have by now.
He can machine the second bolt pattern in a Yamaha or Honda.

I have these hubs on both of my bikes. My trail bike has the dual bolt patern on the rear and the front has been altered to accept Honda style rims. My drag bike has the ultra light hubs, but I would not recomend these for trail rideing.

You can contact Eric HERE He does great work and I would recommend him to anyone.

Don't go in to shock, the hubs are around $140. a piece from a dealer. Not for the faint of heart.

that is why i ask if you had extras i talked to eric and he told me what you guys have been doing, sounds great but i was a little concerned on duning them. but if any one is interested the new model ds's have cheaper priced huds there about a 120 i think the fronts were 76. but the older models those hubs they hurt the wallet. do you guys abuse those hubs after there machined?
