Hey I have an 04 baja X, I'll check the part numbers tmrw on mine..... I have it apart ayways since i rolled it and broke the d&*@ thing. I talked with my dealer and they told me they dont even list a 04 replacement headlight. I had to call bombardier myself and they are "supposed" to get back to me. We will see about that one. Is it just me or do all the bomb dealers not give a crap about their customers once they sell them a bike and get them out the door???

Headlight - 705000805

Headlight cover - in black - 705000806
Headlight cover - in orange - 705000871
Headlight cover - in yellow - 705000986

mounting bracket - 705000904

mounting bracket - 705000905

 

that makes the dealer look good, walk in with all the part numbers.

what year model are those part numbers for? I called bomb for the headlight lens for mine and it was 71000268.

I never found any part numbers stamped on the brackets on mine either. I think I can salvage mine they just got a little bent in places.

 

i've found that you can get really good service and good prices at Parker Yamaha.com and they never take long to get to your door.

Are the 04 lights than the old stile ie better out put?

it all converts over you need 04 lamp, 2 brackets and hardware , you can get at any bomb dealer. the brackets were on back order forever, they are now in .

 

the new lights do put more light out.
