I'm seeing $150 and $190 paid for Titanium chain on this thread - is that really all it costs? Seems aweful cheap to me, Titanium being so pricy and all. This must be 520 chain - is that correct? Cause I know the DID 530 chain in o-ring steel is a solid $100 from Dennis Kirk.

Boy all that sucks to hear, I was planning on ordering from them this spring, cause like you said - they kinda got the corner on Ti chain.

I suspect what they are claiming as a Ti chain is a coating. The word titanium gets thrown around pretty loosely, it's even on some clothing lines.

Sidewinder sucks PERIOD. When I complained about the poor service and sprocket not fitting over my sprocket hub, I asked to speak to the owner, the sales rep replies, "Sorry, he's in the Bahamas". Well, I know I wont be sending him on any future vacations with my hard earned money.

On a titanium chain only the outer links are titanium the inner links are still steel and yes my chain was 190 and is 530 titanium outter links. And is definetly lighter than any other chain i have.

Sounds like the first signs of a business close to death, they can't stock product. In other words they are not paying their bills....
