Default Steps for motor break in on a 720

I think I will run it hard but not pinned. I think I will let it warm up first cause it's damn cold here in NJ and I want the new steel sleeve to get to operating temperature before I run the crap out of it. I don't know if I'll have it ready to fire tomorrow. I really want to to but I'm such a SLOW worker. Maybe tonight I'll slap in that exhaust. I'm also taking my time going over certain things checking bolts, wiping areas I normally cant get to etc.

Anyone know where I can get a quick and easy frame paint? I scraped a few areas of the frame trying to throw the motor in. I hope the power increase is well worth it.
