I got my 2004 headlight setup today, thanks to all who posted the part numbers! The bulbs have no numbers or any type of identification on them. All I know about they is that they are dual filament, and 35w. I like to have spares, or maybe even upgrade them, anyone know they part number? I hope the are not only available through Bombardier.

 

my dealer told me you cant order any bulbs its all one part.(unless i mis understood him?) from what i think he said you cant order them seperate and also i dont get these guys on ebay man they are paying 85 dollars for the old style headlight whyyyyyyyyyyyyy upgare to the new one for cheeper!!

 

I hope you misunderstood your dealer. If I blow a bulb, I am not going to order a whole new light housing. Someone has to know what style bulb it is.

 

Its an H-4 bulb. You can pick one up at your local autoparts store.

by heart.I would wait till next week tho they are out of stock and ordering.

 

can you get the hyper whites like you can for a car? (xenon)

 

it is NOT an H4 bulb, the 2000-2003 used a single H4 bulb. The 2004 use 2 bulbs that are odd.

 

The 2004 and newer uses a H6 or H6M bulb. It can also be found in the xenon form. I got a pair from RickyStator.

How did you guys mount the bottom center adjusting screw? It doesn't seem to be the same as the old one.
