bore???

Default bore???

is the stock cylinder boreable? a friend just bought a 01' with a severely damaged sleeve. local machine shop says it will have to be bored .030" to clean it up. not sure if you can bore it, i think the stock cylinder is coated?!? thanks for any help/advice!

That might be too much to take out. I know you can go to 102 mm piston stock bore is 100mm and have the cylinder re coated. I would send to TVI for 720 set up.

Default bore???

The stock cyl can be bored 2mm which is .080. Then it must have the nikisil (spelling) put back on.
