The only time I've heard of DSs going bigger than 22" were always running Sand Tires Unlimited tires of some sort. The Punisher had some sort of 25" tires, though I know he didn't like them very well - I have no idea what the outcome was on those.

My Sand Tires Unlimited Sand Skate Is with competition grooving are a true 21" measured at the carcass, which would be equil to a 23" Skat Trak, if they made that size.

 

I also have had good experiences dealing with Joe at Fullerton. Off topic, but I prefer STU Padla Brats over Haulers on my Banshee.
