after a complete cleaning, from the wide end of the bearing press in grease with you'r palm and slowly it will fill the center area's around the rollers. i know there are bearing packer tools out there but most tech's still use the old do it by hand method!!!

I use my grease gun and picked up a suringe style tip to plug on it. You can squirt grease right in the center of the bearings untill it if full to your liking. Have to do it between each ball, so its not as quick as a packer, but cheeper and cleaner then to hand held way which works just as good.

Whatever works best for you. I found my needle tip by the cheep grease guns at FLEET FARM for about 3 bucks.
