Is 4/144 the correct dimension for the DS wheels bolt circle? As near as I could measure it looked approximately 5 11/16" which converts out to 144.4625 metric.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the bolt pattern for the DS is 4/143.

Feel free to call Douglas and ask them. They are the one's who told me.

What does that jargon mean, 4/144? 4 holes, square pattern, hole spacing 144mm center to center? I am looking at buying some ITP magnum 12" rear wheels to run 23" paddle tires. The clearance with the fenders will have to be worked out though.

Center to center measurement between the wheel studs. For the 4 bolt pattern you measure across diagnolly.

Any magazine I've looked at classifies their bolt pattern's this way.
