Im going to port my intake soon and was wondering if I need to replase the gasket or do they come off pretty much intact? second- what size allen wrench w/ a ball end do I need to buy wasnt it a 7mm? also how do you match the intake to the head do you use modling clay or is there something else to use?

Hey i ported my own intake. You can look at my pics and see. It only costed me $20 and that was for the porting bit and sand paper to do it with. I think the ball end allen wrench wize is a 3/8 i think is what it is i might be wrong. Just get a set of ball end allen wrenches i payed like $7 for my whole set and it worked great. Yes u can reuse the gaskets on the intake. They are a piece of cake to take out and put back in. Lance
