I'm 6'1" at 230. I'm going to try to get back down to 200 this summer - I plan to start riding my bike every morning for 30 minutes or so, that coupled with eating less junk & drinking iced tea instead of coke I think it should be a pretty easy deal.

wait i jusr grew i am 6ft 1 inch and 265 lbs but in better shape then most skinny people lol i can run the mile in 6 min 30 sec
