lol 4% body fat at that weight? must have some serious muscle goin on.....
i think i did one of those one time (not the REAL test like they do with the micrometer and testing your skin etc etc, but one of those quicky online ones) and it claimed i was like 30% or somthing.... basically called me the worlds largest LARD A$$ ! lol
i do admit im a tad "chunky" but not comparable to a whale as those charts seem to say...
