Default Helmet and tires

What kind of helmet does everyone like. I know a mx style, but what brand and what featcures do I look for. I tried a few today from hjc and zues but i found that the check pad pushed on my checks that it felt like i was puckered up(not comfy). And tires. Why are there so many kinds of holeshots, mx, mxr, org, hd, xct, xc, xcr, radial. Then there are the maxxis razr, razr2 and irazr. What is everyone else running. I have stock fronts and mud klaws on the back and it really fish tails at high speed with the suspension adjusted properly.

I have a Fulmer helmet and stock tires. I don't like either. I think JMAC650's combination would be infinitely better.

I bought a pursuit helmet. Convertible b/w open face mx and has a face shield. Great helmet for both summer and winter.

MSR rage helmet and RAZR's all the way around. The helmet is okay, but going with a high end helmet next to save weight and be stronger. Tires, love them, but going with razr 2's next for the extra traction in the soft stuff.

I have an HJC that fits great and the price is very reasonable on their helmets.

I don't like my Bell Helmet. My brother's O'Neil helmet is incredibly light and comfy. he paid $200.00 I paid $86.00. I'm looking into getting a MSR World Tour Helmet.

MSR Rage helmet. It's just OK. Turf Tamer rears. They hook OK but are soft & wear quick.
I'm kind of wanting the new 6 ply Maxxis radials.
