waivers can do a good job protecting you, but none are 100%.

There is a saying when it comes to waivers. You cannot sign away negligence.

if the person can prove you were in anyway neglilgent (track up-keep, proper safety boundrys, etc....), the piece of paper don't mean a damn thing.
