It's all a matter of timing. My house has doubled in value in the last 4 years.

I've found that by secretly living in my neighbor's attic and keeping my quad in storage for one year, I've been able to save up enough money to purchase 15 sets of walkman headphones and 1112 bottles of mustard. The headphones should keep the voices in my head quiet for years to come. The mustard, well that's just a hobby and icing on the cake.

I'm kidding..........

I am too.........

Mudstud i'll rent you my quad, just figure in depreciation maint..ect. add 15% and ride without a worry in the world. Now compare that to renting my house, you would only pay me about $1250 a month, quite a bargain,my payments are only $875,you do the math. With intrest rates as low as they have been in anybodys lifetime that I know you are crazy to rent. My investment counsellor said if I was to purchase rental property, to base rent on costs plus 15%, so if you want to pay me 15% call me anytime By the way my mortage thru local bank is 10yr. fixed at 5.15% , 1/2 % makes a big difference, and if you need 30yrs. to pay for it you should't buy it, the first 10 years of a 30yr. morgage is interest payments
