I had a 99 mxz 670 ho , crank bearings went at 2500 miles and new at least five other people the same trouble with the 670ho, just curious if you were another.

no but ski-doo has been notorious w\ that motor in its early days and my motor both were insanely
fast but they didn't put an hole in the block to keep the main bearing oiled (same prob, w\ mine)
if you get them rebuilt make sure that they drill a new hole in the block so the main can be oiled
