The bom posted a while back that Pami now has a 105.5 big bore cylinder that does not require case machine work, but the head does require work. Its supposed to be a "wet sleeve."

MisterHP has not released their 105.5 cylinder yet, so no update from them.

TVI still has the same kit with the steel sleeved cylinder.

duneme, i think that your original calculations were incorrect for
10.55 10.55 8.7 .787 770.8 +5.5mm bore & +5mm stroke TVI 770???

You say that the tvi is a 5mm stroke but you only put in 8.7 which should be 8.8.
Also I believe the bore on the tvi is 104.7 at least thats what I've heard about the 720 kits, maybe they do a different bore for the 770s
Does that first part sound right?

Looks like Falicon is doing the same thing Pami is doing Falicon's welded sleeved cylinder for the YFZ

Mr. HP's cylinder is the same as Pami's (105.5 piston).

DS650King - yeh, I didn't know the TVI dimensions. I'm sure you're right.

Choose, did you blow a head gasket last night?? Looks like you pulled half of the big bore threads up last night.
