Default tm45 owners

i was tuning on my carb and when i went to break the allen screw on the slide to change the needle position , it acted as though it was stripped. before i tear the slide apart to be able to get somthing on it to loosen it , does anyone have any tips on how to get it out without tearing the slide apart? Thanks in advance

thanks man, i think im just going to jb weld the allen screw to the bolt just to get it out.
