That could be. My first slip on pipe for my DS was a White Bro's R4. It required no jet changes either.

if that is what he said it should be, it wouldn't suprise me i never ran much over the stock jet on the stage 2 seemed 170 worked good. and that was with a full pipe.

I can't speak for Mr. HP, but from my experience.... I have the Mod Quad end cap which I hear (I am not saying it is or isn't) that it is the same dimensions as the Mr. Hp one and my DS wouldn't run right without re-jetting. It sputtered and popped when I hit the gas after installing the end cap until I went to a 175 main (mikuni) jet. Now it has tons more power and torque and runs awesome. My altitude is 50 feet above sea level. I didn't have to change the pilot jet at all. And it sounds awesome ! It's not as loud as the Raptors with the White Bros, which is a good thing as they are too loud, but you can hear it growl when I give it gas. Another point of interest is that I got my cap off e-bay for $45.00 plus $5.00 shipping and I got my jet locally for under $3.00. That is alot better than $125.00. In fact I recently saw a Mod Quad on e-bay for $35.00 and $6.00 shipping if anyone else is interested. Either way it's a must to get the DS to perform.

I agree - Its probably a good thing to ask support from the one who you buy it from.

For what it is worth ... At 6,000 ft to 10,000 ft altitude a stock DS with a K&N and an HMF slip-on runs best with the stock pilot jet, needle clip moved one position richer than stock, and the stock main jet.
