can you get in trouble for having the mrHP end cap cuz it has no s/a ? compared to a slip on is it alot louder?

If you get stopped while riding on national forest land (Paiute Trail, etc.) and the ranger checks for a spark arrestor, you will get a ticket if you don't have one (never had that happen though). And for some competition events you will need a spark arrestor. The desert races around here have a tech inspection before each race that you need to pass, and they check for a spark arrestor. That right there is why I went with an HMF slip on instead of a Mr HP end cap. When I asked him if he had a spark arrestor option for his end cap he told me to get a strainer from Walmart and stick that in there [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img]???
