I run a graydone proline full exhaust, I think it sounds good. It is quieter then the stock exhaust with the end cap mod. I doubt it is quiet enough to meet the sound requirements of some places. As far as difference in power, you can not just add and exhaust system and be done. Since you are getting more air out of the engine you should get more air in the engine through aftermarket air filter, then obviously you need to rejet. I believe MisterHP has tested the graydon exhaust and said nothing but good things. I believe its right up there with the RWR exhaust.

I believe Graydon Proline website is down.

CT makes what I believe is an identical exhaust as the Graydon pipe. Check it out at CT Racing. I think you can get it with either a super trap or standard tip.

They are a good exhaust, but as a dealer, they drive us crazy. Graydon is always backordered on anything we order.
The CT exhaust is built by the same mfg. It has a supertrapp end on it though, so it's quieter. We didn't dyno them on the same day, but the power looked identical on both, surprisingly, because of the different ends.
We are going to dyno again on the same day sometime. It would really help if these manufacturers would supply pipes for dynoing (especially when they know theirs will do good compared to others)- this gets expensive! So.... if you guys make phone calls to them and request a dyno shootout by a neutral source.... (say, perhaps, US!), it might help. Alot of times they send us a pipe, but sometimes they think we're just trying to get a free pipe.
The CT and Graydon are the preferred top end pipes of Mister HP (that is, if you can't run the Monster Drag Ugly Stick for sound reasons or woods riding - nothing compares to it on power across the board!)

I had a Graydon full system, for a short time, and sent the junk back to them. It was not bent quite right, did not fit well as a result. The craftmanship looked very bad on my particular one. And to my surprise they DO NOT coat the inside of the pipe. Not only was my system not coated, but the guy at Graydon confirmed to me over the phone that they do not coat the inside. There are two things wrong with this - ceramic is a wonderful heatsink, and to only coat one side is taking full advantage of this characteristic, and secondly this pipe will rust from the inside out.

Yes it is a wonderful power maker for sure, but it is not the best trail pipe as far as durability is concerned, and since you ride a BajaX you obviously are a trail rider so really you otta stick with a stainless steel system. get a stainless slip-on and have your stock header ceramic coated and you'll be styling, IMO.
