954 big bore kit for the DS!!!!!
I know what you are saying, I always liked when a conversion was done using the same brand of engine, thats the coolest way. Their are alot of 2 stroke Rotax engines, but I wanted a DUNER, so they were not considered. And thier always the BMW F650 LOL! I think the only inline 4 rotax engine comparable to the Japanese Liter motors are the Aprilla 1000 motors. and you cant find them, and if you did they would be $$$$$$. SO I had to do what I had to do

Good luck on the project, you''l love the outcome. we want pictures.
The thing about building the CBR superquad in my pics was that we were able to use so many factory parts from the Quadzilla and the CBR. A hollow streetbike axle bolt was just right for bolting lower frame members, the Zilla frame donated tubing for bracing and matched so well that I have problems remembering where I used it for bracing the CBR frame for the new shock mount (we used a DS rear shock to avoid linkage, they're tough and sprung for a heavy quad and $cheap). The more factory parts we used the less fabbing we had to do, i.e. keeping things in factory locations.
