Oil Filter Replacement
#1
I am changing my oil and i dont have another oil filter on hand so im just going to use the same one again i just got the DS its brand new 04 model but the oil needs changing i cleaned out the place where you put the filter and everything. The old filter will be ok i think because i mean it was good before i changed it i just wont go to long now with the second hand filter. Does anyone think this is bad cause im sure that it will be alright anyone else ever do this?

Since i change my oil so frequently, (every two weeks) I usually only change my filter every second or third change. After break in, there's hardly anything in the filter anyways, so it saves boocoo bucks. You should also look into buying a reusable steel one, that makes the most sense to me. (that's what i would do if i wasn't selling the DS this fall)

I change my oil way too often also and went ahead and got the stainless steel one too.
SS filter washes up easily and I'll have it paid for in another couple oil changes (figuring it cost me about $65 and regular paper filters are about $12?)
