I wish Gary a safe and speedy recovery. Speed can sometimes kill!!

I'm surprised he has turned to the turbo option. I had a talk with him once and mentioned that turbo gives you a "lot of unuseable power".

His bike defintely sounds impressive.. looks like the turbo is the next hotsetup.

Glad to hear that you are going to be ok. Sounds like you have a monster on your hands with that bike.

Hope you get well soon and arte able to at least make it to DS days and let another member of your team run that beast.

 

yeah the helmet part is right, i was in line to race at the track and a guy on a 400 and a dune buggy meet head on the guy in the rail was fine the 400 had no helmet and his head hit something on the buggy, he was able to ride away but he didn't look to good. i didn't doo a good job explaining the barrel race, it is kind of a ds vs raptor thing, well they come to race with one raptor one yfz one 450r and a very fast banshee, the turbo was having exhaust pipe issues, so we had a 450r to replace but other than that the ds's still came out on top.
the turbo machine was great, after they get the exhaust pipe issues figured out it will be a great system no bottle to worry about running out of pressure, the boost was on the low side seems 10 was about as high as they made it, and the sound all the girls were saying they liked the sound it made.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

DXBEAR while your bike was on you, upside down, I checked you oil plug & It needs to be a little tighter He He He He NICE ENDO!!!!! WOW what fun By the way Sandman the drag bike pulled a 4.2, A little slower than it should but the sand was really soft.

 

did you place in the banshee bash? it did seem hard to get a quick time there, i only got to watch you run that thing a few times.

 

For the bash the wheelie wheel was off[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] Scared the[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]out of me & could not run a good time

 

Tim was sure pulling good consistent times in the pro class with the turbo bike, he must have knocked off about 6 quads, The turbo & my 418shee was down to the final 6, I was hoping they would run together in the finals but both got beat at the same time. Gary would have been proud!!!!!

 

So who won the 4 stroke class????
