Default New DS Owner needs help!

Just purchased a 2000 DS 650.

1.Have read about a ball joint recall. Is it still valid?
2.When I turn sharp under front end compression, my tie-rod ends, jump over the lower a-arm and gets stuck. I have to jump on the front bumper and turn the bars back. Any one else have this problem?
3. What is the procedure for changing the oil? Read something about purging the system.
4.The bike has a Big Guns exhaust on it. It has an exhaust leek around the 2to1 collector. Any suggestions on how to fix the leek? Or if someone has a decent pipe for sale, I'd be willing to pay!
5. Need hand guards for the DS! Anybody got em'?

Holler back!

Crash

Thanx Sandman!!

The center stop is not coming close to stopping the the nut on the tie-rod end from hitting the lower a-arm. I guess I'll fab up a new stop.
