Default Rejetting carb after high altitude vacation...

Guys, I had a dealer in Colorado rejet my Quest 650 for the altitude in CO and now I thought I'd put the stock jet back in myself. I've removed the bracket that attaches to the bottom of the carb, disconnected the fuel line and rotated the carb so that I can get to the bottom. I removed the four phillips screws and fuel bowl. I'm now looking at three jets. I'm assuming the jet recessed in the brass collar is the one I should replace.

What Now??? Is there anything I should be extra careful about??

I typed up some directions on how to do this job including a couple pictures of the jets in the carb on Microsoft Word. If I could figure out how to make it available on this forum, I would.
