We have raced 8 times now. The R-1 has won 6 out of 8. It is alway close.

nice video.
looks like you need a progressive NOS controller or more wheel spin to smooth out the transition from motor to NOS.
the R1 needs more swingarm and should rev motor to 10,000RPM and never let RPM's drop far from peak power, and he'll do better.
i've beat a few 1000cc+ 4 cylinders and been surprissed myself, but i admit they were stock motors on pump gas and not very well setup.

This R-1 is stock. The track we were on, we were both spinning pretty hard off the line. About mid track it started bitting and would make the bikes stand up.
I guess I need to put a wheelie bar on a bike with a +8 swing arm ?
