01ds650 LOL I know but I was born & raised in Florida. Back then those Florida college teams could have beat the buc's back then so I'm a big college fan. I know it sucks but the colleges football teams that are in the top ten are paying the players, not all but most. U of Texas is (IMO) and can't win a national title (lately) so I guess money can't buy everything. I'm sure the money is flying in Florida football.

 

Heck yeah, Cryami was on probation in the 90's for paying their players.
With these kids strength now days I gotta wonder about the weight room "supplements" too.

 

01ds650 you have it worse when cleveland drafts Kevin (the crybaby) Weinslow JR. from miami. Like he han't had some money & other stuff stuffed in him. He can become a good player if he quits being a playyyer. All about him & not a team player = loser (him) not the team but him! IMO!

 

I'm more of a Bengals fan anyway. Gotta love an underdog.
As far as Yellin' Winsblow he is a punk. Sooner or later he'll get knocked out. remember his rant? He was a Souljah!!!
I can't believe he wanted all that money up front. I figure if you are that good sign a contract with performance incentives.

As Texas goes, Mack Brown is their John Cooper. All that talent, yet no title.

I will be going to this weeks LSU game. Hopefully they will play better on Offense. I like the annoucers believe that the rain killed Lsu's biggest asset, SPEED. We will see in the weeks to come, if that is true.

 

didn't Oregon St cancel a game so they could play LSU? I think the Beavers were jacked up for that game. Besides OSU's kicker won the game for LSU.
I think LSU's scheduel is alot harder this year, assuming UGA & UF are both tough.
