I don't have all the money to own the best of both worlds, so I like the 4stroke to drag race, dune, trail ride, baja 1000, pikes peak and or any type of race with stock bike/frame & still will compete. Just having fun, thats whats it's all about having fun with what we can afford right? beachman I now you can have more than one race bike but I can't[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img] I'm just a poor ol redneck thats has fun with my slow 4 stroke. I'll dump all that money in one bike & have fun. If all I did was hill shoot or drag race I would have a 2 stroke like everyone else. diffrent stroke for diffrent folks. Where I'm from people takes more notice when a 4 stroke out runs 2 stroke, than a 2 stroke out runs a 4 stroke. I guess I like to be the underdog.

that is no problem joe, but i dont think i directed any of my posts towards you in a negative respect. I know a lot of people think a 2-stroke is just for drag racing. But to tell you the truth i have a gas 370 honda that literally has 2 years of drag racing on it, runs low 4.6's and high 4.5's in the 100 and the thing has the smoothest powerbands ive ever ridden. It produces peak hp AND torque from 5500rpm all the way until 11250rpm. It is because of this motor that ill always refuse to believe that a 4-stroke can be a better duner or trail machine then a 2-stroke.

 

No I don't think that you posted anything towwards me. I like your stable of 2 strokes. Your bikes are fast! I just don't like 2 strokes verses 4 strokes posts. Two diffrent beasts. They have there own places in races & forums. I like sandbombers stable more because he has both & more abjective! Thats just me, Not calling anyone out, I'm just having fun with what I can afford! I like both, but I like being the underdog, & is more fun for me!

 

Here in the northwest dunes we have tree shots that 2strokes are the best going up, but for dune riding I must have a DS 4stroke under me. For racing it is fun with both.

Joe, now no reading between the lines. I wasnt comparing anybodies 4-stroke against my 2-stroke. I fun with mario because we are buds, but i never compared anybodies anything.

And i do have 4-strokes, i just dont talk about them.
