Default Possible new DS owner!!!

Alright, my buddy is in the market for a new quad here soon and wants something different. He mentioned a DS Baja. I was wondering what do you guys think of them in a few ways.

1) How do they do on tight trail riding?
2) How do you feel they compare to other quads?
3) Reliability?
4) How well do they fly? (jump)
5) In general how well do you like them?

6) Also what is the difference between a baja and a baja X?
7) What is a general price on one of these?

1)all i ride is trails and fields and i have no problems keeping up with my buddies who all ride ex's,z's and shee's, once you get used to it you don't really notice that much,
2)i wouldn't trade my ds for any other quad, even after i smashed up the one that i co-owned with my brother, insurance wrote it off, i rebuilt my ds, and guess what my brother bought? Another DS!
3)One of the most reliable quads out there, but not perfect mostly just little things(like on 00-01 models chain roller was junk),
4)its like landing on a cloud, takes a little more to straighten it in the air, when i ride my buddys ex i like the lightweight but the suspension sucks,
5)love it
6)shocks, skids and nerfs i think, well worth the money

DC504, you are correct - the Baja model was produced in very limited numbers in 2004, and 2005 there are none - just Baja Xs.
