So H.T. , you say you stay below 12:1 so that you can stay away from having to run race gas / 110 octane. So then I can only assume that your running a blend of ?+?....

If so , what would you do if you were in a pinch and had to run pump gas ?

11.5:1 = 91 octane pump gas. No need to blend.

DS-E....
So from 11.5:1 up to 12:1 you can run Premium Pump gas but just above 12:1 you need to take the big step to 110 octane.... that seems odd. But this (11.5:1 w/ 91 ) would be for if you were in a pinch right? Not what you would want to run as the rule... yes ? no?

You could and it will act as though you have advanced the timing. Doubt though that you'll notice the power increase if any. If you deside to do this. I would sugest doing plug checks everytime once in a while expecially as ambiet temps change. As well as anytime you change altitudes. Your looking for any sign of small chunks / deposits on the plug. This may be signs of pre ig or detonation. Very bad for your motor.
