Default New HMF Pipe

I had my new HMF full pipe and jet kit, along with my new K&N filter installed. I can't believe the power that I gained with that kit. I will tell you this though, I raced a '04 YZF 450 with a Bill Balance pipe, and jets and he tore me a new one in the 1/8 mile on the hard road. He beat me by at least two bike's, but on the dirt I spanked his as$ twice. I just could not keep my bike down on the road. Anyway I will be adding some new add on's in the near future and will let you know.

I ordered the pipe through LA Cycle out of Ft Myers, Fla. I paid $425 for the kit. I'm not real sure if the header is a HMF or not, but this guy really knows his ds's, and had hooked up a couple in my area that I had seen out. I will ask him if the header is a HMF and let you guy's know. I will see him Wednesday when I pick up my new AC pro peg nerf's.

Actually the $425 was for the header, silencer, k&n filter, jet kit, k&n pre charger, and shockwears. Plus he installed everything. I didn't think that it was to bad of a deal. I had done alot of research on the pipes and that was about the same $ that I would have paid just for a full pipe at most places.

Good deal

If you are fitting your pro pegs yourself make sure you have a drill and a grinder handy, i had some real fitting problems with the left hand bar, but worth it they look good and the big pegs have great grip and realy let you move around. With a bit of luck AC willl have thier $hit together by now.
