The steering stems are interchangable for all years. 2000 will fit a 2003

I think you need a 9 inch wide 10 inch tall rim

You can go wider than a 9 but then your rim will stick out more and prolly get dented way quicker. You can go narrower also and have your tires ballon out more on the side walls.
I also believe tha 9 is the width that bomb recomends. I would say thats what you want. But you can use others

1/2" more on each side

If your in a pinch and have the duckets to spend go for it. Then if you don't like to looks or the ride get the 10X9's. You could also check and see if ITP has any that are 10X9 in stock.

my dealer quoted me a price of $135.00 i have the part number if you want it? i have been reading threads about guys taking out their stems and having them lenghtened 1 1/2 inches so they can fit dirt bike handle bars on it, from what i have read any metal fabrication shop should be able to do this for around $60.00 let us know how it turns out later
