Thanks to all you tech guys for making it easy .
Well I did it today in about two hours to my 04 DS 650 Baja X. I want to throw a special thanks out to Busmechanic as he replied back to my questions many times.
I ended up modding the end cap last week. Today I installed a Procom PCI. Also re-jetted the Carb with the Dyno jet kit. I went with the 180 main jet/ Dyno jet needle with the clip on the second notch/ Air mixture screw out 2 1/2 turns. The bike started right up and seemed to run fine. I did not get to ride it yet but it did seem to sound a bit different. I will put a post up Sunday night on how the bike ran. I will be out all day with my son riding that day. Thanks, Derek

I would like to say thanks also.I just did mine this weekend and without
all the jettting threads that eveyone has answerd I would have been lost.
I dont know if it is the razor2s getting good bite or just the new sound but i
deffinitly had a grin from ear to ear.
