Default Air/Fuel Screw??

I'm not really experienced when it comes to carbs. I have an end cap mod and K&N filter. I need to adjust the air/fuel ratio because my plugs are black. Where is the air/fuel screw.
Forgive me for my stupid question, but I need to learn somehow.

Thanks,

Colin

well if your plugs are black you will most likely need to adjust more than just the idle circuit. (although rich idle circuit can make plugs go black even if your other ciruits are ok)

what elevation/jetting are you currently running?

but to answer your question, the air fuel screw is toward the front of the carb (toward engine) recessed up in a 1/4 inch or so sized hole (its about 1/2 an inch up in there)

you turn it clockwise (IN) to lean, and then counter (out) to richen.
