Default sick of ebay scams

Here is an email to me from the 929Busa that was on ebay @ buy it now for 2500 the other day.

Dear Ebayer,

First of all, please accept my apollogies for the late answer but I tried to close the deal with somebody else. It turned out that he didn't have the money. Didn't work out, so, it's stil available....

You have to know that the buggy is 100% working and looking AMAZING, no flaws or dents, not any kind of damage, never wrecked, no engine problems. I will include all receipts/paperwork. Clear US title in hand and ready to sign. All documents, including owner's manual in english, bill of sale presented along with the buggy.

I have to let you know that I am located in United Kingdom, the buggy is here with me as well. I moved over here because my wife is from here and she wanted to be closer to her parents as they are pretty old. We are expecting a baby in a a little while and I really want to improve the old house we bought when we moved, before the baby comes..

I am selling my buggy for $ 2800. I know that it is lower than this ussually sells, but since sine the baby is coming I really need the money fast. So the buggy must go.

SHIPPING: I will pay for the shipping, handling and insurance charges. Shipping will take 6 working days tops. I will also declare the buggy a gift so you won't have to pay any custom fees when receiving it.

PAYMENT: Regarding my finnancial situation, I preffer wire transfer as a payment procedure. The payment will be completed using Ebay Square Trade security. I understand that this kind of arrangements makes buyers skeptical and if you are one of them just let me know and I will contact eBay to ask for support regarding this deal.
Mail me soon and let me know if you are interested.

All the best to you and your family,
Eric.

P.S. We just moved over here and unfortunantly there was never a phone installed in this old house I bought. I am really sorry for this, but I am sure that we can easily close our deal using our e-mails.

Ba$$#ard is what I say!

Thanks for your response .My main aim of sending you this mail is just to cave out your sense of honesty and sincerity And I would want
you to know that I am out of states on a business seminar. However I am okay
with the breifing, pics and descriptions and I have instructed my associate in
the States to send you a certified cashier's check of ($4,000) and All I would
need you to do is to deduct the cost of the (1981 185S ) which is
($4,000) and send the remaining balance to my reputable shipping company who I
have contacted about the shipment due to the risks of loss and damage during shipmets by sellers. The balance funds is to be sent to the shipping beneficiarie's via WESTERN
UNION MONEY TRANSFER at any of their outlets in your vicinity upon receipts of
the check .And they will also be responsible for the signing of the titles and
all other relevant documents pertaining to this sale.so that the shipping
c ompany will come and pick the (1981 185S ) up at your location as
soon as our transaction is done and concluded

Looking forward to receievd your mail.
Best Regards..
Queen Lisa

when i started this thread it was because i bid on a bike in new york. the bike was legit but what these guys do is watch who bids and then get outbid. they let the auction end and then contact you and say the winning bidder did not pay up and instead of relisting it they are giving you a second chance to buy it. so the original seller may be legit and sold the bike but these guys are posing as the owners. they want to deal offline. in fact the guy told me that the quad was not in new york anymore and he was in london on business and he took it with him..... can you believe these idiots. yea......... i hear the riding in london is real good???????? i wish we could seriously take care of these guys once and for all if ya know what i mean.

Close, we were just back from the Steel Heart Concert, I felt I didn't truly have a good hair due that day for I ran just short of Aqua Net and it just wasn't standing up enough.

I just found a listing on ebay that was an old listing of mine. It is a remote control car that I sold a long time ago. This person didn't even write a new description. He used my words and pictures. I just emailed him to see what his response will be. The listing is #5941461714
