I have a 96 Formula SLS, and I am still waiting patiently for some snow. It has been mild around here with temps during the day in the 30's

Jetsnow, artic craps? Whats up with that man. J/K Trailblazerguy250, I also have a 670, in the summit though. Great little sled, many good things to be done to them. My new love is my 800 summit. I am heading out in five minutes to roll around in two new feet of fluff, eat your hearts out, he he, later Jed

I just got back today from riding in 4 feet of new snow on top of a 2-4 foot base. It was great.

4 feet of fresh, did you need a snorkel? Be careful boys, just got caught in a slide yesterday, I tried to ride up it while it was sliding, finally got caught, flipped over backwards and tumbled, I was swimming in a sea of white ****. scariest thing I have ever been through. Seen four slides ontop of that, Scary stuff. Later Jed

Everybody in our riding group wears avalanche beacons and we all carry probes and shovels in/on our packs. Thats freaky you were caught in one. We saw several avalanches that had already let go yesterday. I hope you were wearing a beacon or atleast now you will go buy one, they are only $200-300.

We had our fair share of stucks yesterday but the deep fresh snow was worth it.

And as far as arctic cats, they are far from crap. I have 2900 trouble free hard mountain miles on my 900. I hope you carry an extra set of rings with you for your doo 800. 3 of my friends with them all had to get them replaced on their 04 rev's last year. One guy had his bottom end let go too, doo has some major problems with that motor they need to fix.

Easy there jetsnow, dont bring up a friend of a friend thing. You need to make sure who your talking to about these things. I have no poblems with cats, just sold one, 94' cougar, good sled. Have another holding down the shop floor, its as good as it gets sitting right next to the ultra. Most all sleds are good, some have there problems. but were on a bomb site, its good to be loyal. Later, Jed
