Just curious if anyone has experienced an issue with starting their outlander after a 2wk. period of the ATV sitting in a garage. I have fouled or flooded mine three times in the last 6 months. Is there a starting procedure that has worked for someone after prolonged storage?

choke it then when it sounds like its gonna stall let off the choke and give a little throttle.i had a problem with my regulator had trouble starting at first i thought it was the starter but it was the regulator been great ever since

 

can you explain what regulator you are speaking of? could it be that because i shut the fuel off the the carbs and run it out of gas that it causes a hard start condition??
