Ok i got it it was a problem at my end

Blue, Im having trouble with my outlook express 6.0. My internet service saying its my norton antivirus. Norton is saying its either my internet service or microsofts problem. Been on hold for the last 4 hrs trying to get answers. They say the problem is only occuring with windows xp users and norton antivirus users.

Anyone have a microsoft number to call??
