The reason the cylinder is a different color is beacuse it's bead blasted. They heat it up to remove the old sleeve it discolors the stock paint. So I'm assuming so it doesn't look so ugly (burnt paint) they blast off the discoloration and what is left of the painted surface.

Keep an eye around the cam chain tensioner. A few including myself have notices a small amount of coolant leaking thru there.

I mean around the cam tensioner area. Right around where the head meets the jug.

is that the only prob you have? and how does it compair to your buddys stage3 ds? have you had a true race yet?

Last time we raced it was only about 100 feet. I was beating him, YFZs, 450Rs, everything.

If it were longer, however... he might have gotten me. I believe the Stage III bike is all about top end.

Yeah that is the only problem I have with it for now. Let her warm up a bit too when you fire the bikeup.
