" Where NOT to order from"
#1
Let me warn you guys about the crappiest company in the ATV market. I ordered a set of A-arm guards for my '05 DS from "Rocky Mountain ATV". Well after 3 weeks of waiting they finally arrived today and low and behold they were the wrong A-arm guards. So I call Rockymountain expecting to have to wait another 6 weeks to get the right A-arm guards, but no it was even better than that. As usual I get to talk to some $4 an hour idiot who don't know sh$t, and informs me that yes it is the wrong part and would I like to exchange it, or get a refund. So I tell her I would just like to exchange it for the right part, and that I understand that accidents like these happen. Well the idiot tells me ok we will go ahead and exchange the part, but you have to pay for the shipping again!!! So I ask her "so you guys give me the wrong part that I have already paid shipping for and now I have to pay to ship the wrong part back, and then pay to get the right part that I had originally ordered? And the reply was "yes". At that point to avoid pulling her through the phone I just asked for my money back. I honestly cannot believe that a company would ever, ever treat somone like they did. So I'm giving you guys the best advise that I can " don't ever order anything, and I do mean anything from this piece of sh$t company called "Rockymountain atv.

that is the first time ive ever heard anybody unhappy with rockymountain. ive been ordering from them for years, and have always had whatever i order in like 3 days tops! maybe its cause Rockymountain is in Utah and i live in AZ. i ordered a set of 10 paddle haulers 5 days before thanksgiving and they were on my doorstep in 2 days. maybe its cause you live in FL?? but even then 3 weeks is way too long, sorry to hear your unhappy with them, but ill continue to use them.

Sounds like she is the problem. You should call back and ask for the manager/supervisor. They seem to have great prices and a huge selection on the web. I was looking to order from them soon.....need tires. She may be new and know nothing in the "return shipping" department. I would think your situation is different because its thier fault/screwup. Maybe write an email to them and try not to rip on them to hard.

Speaking of RMATV, when you are looking in their parts catalog on-line, when you select a 2004 Baja X compared to a 2003 Baja, you get a lot less parts available. This isn't things like plastics and such either. Are there differences? or can I order as a 2003 and expect it to fit a 2004? I think i was searching brakes and such. Check it out and let us know. Thanks

I'm sorry to here that. I have always had good luck with them and I buy alot of stuff from them. I wouldn't blame the company as a whole but maybe that person.

Man I have had nothing but great service from Rocky Mountain ATV if I order on saturday it is on my door Wednesday night. Just like clockwork I'd ask to talk to a superviser.

I agree, nothing but the best from RMATV, I have ordered a lot of tires from them and they have always went above and beyond the call of duty. I had some tires the the sidewalls blew out, when I was mounting them and RMATV replaced the tires, which I thought there was no chance that they were going to do, and shipped them for free. I agree in bad help, talk to someone else they take good care of their customers.
