It's just probibly the sensor wet causing it to short out. Pull the sensor and let it dry, then try it. If not, I will have a new temp sensor in a couple weeks. LOL

Good deal. They even was it for ya too sometimes. My dealer was involved with sleds mainly though, but carried the bomb line so they sold the quads too. They didn't know jack about my ride, some 13 year old kid could do better just due to the fact that his eyesight would be better to read the book!. I hate my dealer......Anyways, hopefully everything works out well for ya.

Search the forum for Oil Light Sensor and you'll find a lot of posts.

I've been through three sensors. Bomb makes a rubber boot for the oil sensor to keep it dry. I installed one and haven't had a problem (oil light staying on) since. The sensors are junk IMO.

Regarding the fan not turning on, remove the seat and take a look at the two fuses under the seat (near airbox). I had a blown fuse, when I replaced, the fan was working again.

I had to replace the sensor recently after getting water in it. I also picked up a rubber boot (PN 710000670) and it has worked well so far. You will have to cut the sensor wire to install it. I also recommend putting a small zip-tie around the top of the boot to seal it off against the wire.

The year that is stamped on the VIN sticker is the build date, not the model year. I think that is what confuses most people as to which model year they have.
