I was wondering if someone could tell me the part number for the filter and possibly how much larger of a jet I would have to use with it. I tried to get one through my dealer but getting any sevice out of him since I bought my DS is like pulling teeth, I crashed it two days after I bought it and broke my collar bone so I probably only been able to ride it 20 hrs but I've had it for 3 months, but back to the orignal part of my story when I crashed it busted the seat latch I waited for 3 weeks for him to get a latch and gave up so I drove 135 miles to Redding, CA to get one that they had in stock, but since I went to the shop down there I know that some motorcycle shops do care about customer service. Sounds like I'm crying a river but I think that some of the dealers for Bombardier better wake up they may have a good product but service sells.

You can get the filter from Rocky Mountain ATV. www.rockymountainatv.com

They show the K&N part# as BD6500

This is the one that fits in the airbox.

You might have to go up one jet size, depends on other factors, altitude, airbox lid on/off, etc.
