I had an little bet with a friend about Egin vs. Elgin. It is actually Elgin on the sign where you enter the campground. Ckedd lost the bet.

if you call 208-356-5700 and talk to Donna Benfield at Rexburg chamber of comerce. she will send you a packet of info for free. including a map of the dunes with all the main atractions marked with gps points. other info includes directions,phone numbers, rules and such.

Directions to Egin/Elgin lakes; North Rexburg or Parker-Salem Highway exit off Highway 20. travel 6.3 miles north to the 2nd flashing light. turn left and remain right contuning 2.9 miles until Egin lake Acess. theres another way too. but i dont have the directions.

We have tried to get temp up went out sunday was almost 50 so it's gainin!!

No nos yet for me did do a 558 bb so maybe nos later!!
My honda buddies will sure give ya run though he is doing some tweaking!!

 

I must have gotten confused somewhere with the names. I guess the name of the town just south of where ya cross the tracks is Egin also?

 

Thats right cracker that whole area out there is Egin kinda of a spread out town really!!

 

a 558, nice! Them honda boys dont need to do no more tuning, they give me all I want as it is, damn light quads anyways. Jed
