What happend to this post? I know that before it was removed like it was area 51 info that someone replied with a gross comment. If it was pulled out cant they just remove the bad reply instead of the entire thing?

 

I'm wondering that too, I noticed you can't even mention the name of one end cap maker. If you do it'll reject your post. I understand about wanting folks to support site sponsors but geeze no other forum I belong to (either quads, bikes, or diesel trucks) has that kind of sensorship.

Didnt this particular thread have dyno info w/ the endcap against the Ron wood pipe. The ron wood pipe made alot more hp in the higher rpms, and the end cap made better bottom end? Correct me if im wrong.

What up mods? If bajaX04 did something he shouldnt have im sure it was an accident.

 

ya crazypainter has a dyno sheet on this. he gained 1.7 hp and lost torque! he has a dyno sheet on his pic page take a look very good info!

 

If I recall correctly the endcap is good, But looking at the power curve is what counts, To me it looked like the ron wood pipe was stronger in the higher rpms, And when we launch, we do launch at 8000rpm dont we? The endcap is a great mod for the $ though...JMO

 

End cap had 2.2 more torque than the ron wood pipe. The Wood only had 1.7hp over the end cap. I need torque for my desert riding. Then more HP for the dunes. For the money its very obvious that the end cap is a sweet deal. I didnt say anything to make the thread disappear. Some kucklehead jumped in the thread and said some lame remark. Next thing I knew it was all gone.

 

After looking at the charts again, I have a change of opinion. I agree Darren.
