Default endcap jetting

Hey i got a uni filter and i cut the restrictor tubes off the inside of the endcap i did not rejet at all for this it seemed to run fine but i do think i am lean. What are the stock size jets in the ds and how much should i go up for that endcap mod, also if i get another endcap and decide to cut a 2 and a half inch hole in it what would my jetting need to be with that also. I am around 2500 feet above sea level. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am running a 175 jet @ 2700ft. I also have a K&N air filter. When I get around 6500ft, I remove my air box lid. I have an end cap, not a modded stock end cap. I usually go on a night ride and look at my head pipes, if they are glowing orange, step up a jet size. I think a 165 is stock.
